Health and Human Services white paper
Challenge
The American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) and Microsoft together conducted a joint survey of state government Health and Human Services (HHS) IT systems. They needed to report their findings and to convey joint recommendations in a clear and concise way.
Solution
The two organizations asked Resources Online to create a report detailing the study findings and recommendations. We soon realized that the stakeholders’ goals would be better met with a white paper rather than with a report, and we made that recommendation. The resulting white paper, Achieving Maximum Value from HHS IT Systems, clearly highlights key findings and potential solutions and provides valuable information to support future HHS IT upgrade efforts.
