About us
Since 1995, Resources Online has delivered content and websites for clients large and small. We offer end-to-end services, or we can integrate with existing in-house teams or vendors.
We are highly regarded, and we are known for providing extremely capable teams for our projects. Most of our work comes by referral, which we believe testifies to the quality of our work, the value we deliver to our clients, and the great working relationships that we establish and maintain. We don’t believe in “good enough.”
You’re not hiring a company—you’re hiring the people in it
We have more than 50 full-time employees and an extended network of partners and subcontractors, all hand-picked for their experience, professionalism, and quality of work.
Because we provide end-to-end services, our staff has deep experience and expertise in a wide variety of disciplines, allowing us to apply top-level talent to the specific tasks in your project.
A good partner is hard to find
Looking for a competent, experienced partner to help with your project? We work effectively with other vendors, maintaining focus on our clients and providing the best value to them. We play well with others, and we do it often, so if you need someone to help with the heavy lifting, contact us.
CARE
We’re proud of CARE, our computer-based healthcare platform. CARE provides patient-driven risk assessment, counseling, and risk-reduction planning for disease prevention and any health risk with a behavioral component.
Our Public Sector work
We believe it’s important to give back. That’s why we take on selected projects for nonprofit institutions. Depending on the organization’s resources, we complete projects pro bono or for a greatly reduced fee (particularly for larger, funded projects).
In support of our pledge, we built a document archive for the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, to disseminate documents related to its legal proceedings.
We also built a tool to help Seattle’s Teen Feed organization keep track of at-risk teen clients over time.
